| Established in 1991, Polywell Industrial Co is a major manufacturer and exporter of plastic bags in China/Hong Kong. We offer value to premium plastic packaging bags, specialize in LDPE/HDPE/MDPE , PP , CPE , PP woven/Non woven/PET with lamination. We supply wider range of packaging bags. Such as Loop handle bags, Duffle bags, Patch handle bags, Rope handle bags, Clip lock handle bags as well. We mainly provide with high-end bags. Our products mainly export to Europe, Australia, Canada & Japan at average 750 m/tons monthly. |
| Our wholly owned factory - Firstway Plastic Product Factory, is located at DongGuan China. It takes 5 minutes by car from DongGuan Railway Station. There are over 300 skillful workers, equip with 12-color rotogravure & 8-color flexo printing machines, 18 extruder units and 25 cutting machines. |
| We also partly own Dalian Fuchang Plastic Factory Ltd., it is located at Dalian. It specializes in supplying Stripe HDPE T-shirt bags, Butcher bags and Bags on Roll with competitive prices. |
| Since 2004, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) issued an heavy anti-dumping duty (78%) to import PE shopping bags from China. Unfortunately, the European Union also proposed similar duty which came out from Sep 2006. We, DONGGUAN FIRSTWAY PLASTIC PRODUCT CO LTD, can get the rate at 8.4%. In considering with such threaten, we developed another production line for PP Woven/Non Woven/PET bags in our Dongguan factory. |
